……posting the happy faces of the guests enjoying their time in the kitchen. It’s time to do it again.

These are Jack & Laurie.

After the very first doubts by Jack, when we met at the hotel to go to the market together – he was a kind of afraid that the cooking class could have been a waste of time – the morning “unwinded” with a sincere joy. Jack was involved in making bechamelle, gnocchi and, surprisingly for him,….. he did that all !

In this photo Jack looks relaxed – finally – and proud. With great satisfaction and happiness by Laurie.

I will not  wonder if next time Jack would be the promoter of another cooking class.
