I have been absent from my blog for a long time.

I start posting again today, with this new small venture: a philosophical idea on cooking, perfected by the mathematical subject of my friend Emy Narbone.

Saturday 18 May We look forward to seeing you at the Fiesole Library at 6pm.

Emy will tell us about Quantum Mechanics, I will add my experiences in kitchens. The journalist Duccio Mannucci will also be present.

At the end of the presentation and dialogue a small aperitif will be offered.
