Thais & Tammy, stirring chocolate ganache..

It’s Ice Cream and Pizza day: lots of waiting and working times that have to be intertwined perfectly, without wasting a minute. Tempering, Pasteurization, Chilling down for ice cream, before the homogenizing and whipping.

And, in the “between times”, Kneading…and shaping.

Waiting (without just waiting…)  while the pizza dough is rising under the cloth…..
and the ice cream is turning around.

Perfect timing Girls! food was made with knowledge………….
